Milk, its price, and the crisis have all fed discussions. And germinated an idea that took root on the 25 of december 2010.
We produce, we were told, quality milk and because it is of high quality, it is valued by industry.
So why not valorise ourselves ?
We therefore started making caramels, cream and caramel sauce.
A unique geographical location with a rich yet fragile habitat.
We decided to leverage this asset and do everything to protect this environment, purveyor of beautiful landscapes and delicate fragrances to offer more subtle flavors.
